By signing up for or paying for an activity, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.
Changes to the Terms
House of Luna may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.
Liability

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

If you have any health concerns, please inform us! If in doubt, consult a medical professional before participating in the activities.

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Payment

Payment for activities can be made via the website.

Payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the activity.
Risk

The use of all materials at House of Luna and participation in activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

The participant is expected to be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions or medications that could limit participation or increase health risks.

The participant indemnifies House of Luna from any liability for damages that third parties may suffer as a result of actions or omissions attributable to the participant.

The participant must be adequately insured for liability related to such damage.
Force Majeure
House of Luna is not responsible for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate Dutch jurisdiction.
